Service Scope
The specific services to be provided will be agreed upon during the consultation and booking process. We reserve the right to refuse service if:
- The requested service is outside our scope of operations
- Safety concerns exist for our staff
- The property conditions require specialized services we do not provide
- Previous payment issues have occurred
Booking and Scheduling
Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will confirm your appointment time before the scheduled service date. You are responsible for ensuring access to your property at the scheduled time.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as far in advance as possible. Our cancellation policy will be discussed during booking. Late cancellations may be subject to fees.
Pricing and Payment
Service pricing is based on factors including property size, service type, and specific requirements. Final pricing will be discussed and agreed upon before service.
Payment Terms

Client Responsibilities

Liability and Insurance
BrightPath Cleaning Co carries liability insurance for our operations. However, our liability is limited as follows:
Limitations of Liability
- We are not liable for damage to items that are inherently fragile or already damaged
- We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions that may worsen during cleaning
- Claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service provided
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
Property Damage Claims
If you believe damage occurred during our service, you must notify us within 24 hours. We will investigate all claims and respond appropriately. Documentation (photos) of claimed damage is helpful.
Satisfaction and Service Quality
We strive to provide quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with our service:
- Contact us within 24 hours of service completion
- Provide specific information about your concerns
- We will work with you to address the issue
- Resolution options will be discussed on a case-by-case basis
